In the morning of April 7, 2016, the management consulting project for Infrastructure Testing Institute of China Academy of Railway Sciences was grandly launched. After the corporate culture construction project for China Academy of Railway Sciences, and the strategic planning, organizational & HR management and corporate culture integration consulting projects for Shenzhen Design Institute, this is 3rd cooperation between Beijing Truth Consulting and China Academy of Railway Sciences. The senior leadership team members of the institute and all our project team members attended in this startup meeting.
At the meeting, our project manager Mr. Sun Xueli presented an excellent report to the participants, which include the target, the working content, the organizational structure, the support team and the expecting results of the project. The project aims to reach the following goals: ① to find the advantages and disadvantages existing in the management process and give some suggestions on the further optimization through systematic management research; ② to improve the employees’ satisfaction and motivation by reasonable incentive mechanism design according to the new organizational structure/setting, the fixation of posts & staff, and related requirements of salary management; ③ to improve the performances of all departments and accomplish its overall goals and objectives by mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of employees at different business units, optimizing its current performance management system and adopting the different assessment indexes and measures for withdrawing the staff rewards regarding to different businesses; ④ to enhance the cohesiveness and centripetal forces of its all employees by carrying out its corporate culture of China Academy of Railway Sciences and building its sub-culture with Infrastructure Testing Institute’s characteristics.
